MICOB Biomedical Service was established in 1995 by Tad Szymanski, when he saw the need for a quality and professional Biomedical service in the Canberra region.

Tad has been working as a Biomedical engineer since 1979, starting in Europe then moving to Australia with his family in 1991. Tad's eldest son Michal followed in his father's footsteps, graduating from UNSW in 2008 with a Masters in Biomedical engineering and a bachelors degree in computer engineering. In 2011 after working in a London hospital for 2 years, Michal moved back to Canberra to help run the business with his father.

MICOB Biomedical Service has continued to grow along with the needs of it's customers. We aim to provide the highest quality service and strive to place itself at the forefront of Biomedical engineering in the ACT and surrounding region.
